1. TELUS health space Solution Provider Agreement
You need to sign a Solution Provider agreement with TELUS Health Solutions. The agreement includes requirements for your privacy statement and handling of end-user data, as well as for the use of TELUS trademarks. A fully executed final agreement is required prior to go live authorization onto the TELUS health space platform.

2. Conformance Go-Live Review
The TELUS health space Technical Program Manager will schedule with you a Conformance Go-Live Review session. There are several areas that we ask you to review prior to initiating the go-live process for your application.
- Application Configuration Review
Use the Application Configuration Center to be sure you have all details added to your configuration. You can use the checklist for a quick review of all technical and non technical information required.
- Application Walk-through
Compile a screenshot walk-through of your application’s integration with TELUS health space and be prepared to present it to the TELUS health space ecosystem partner on-boarding team.
- TELUS health space Integration and Branding Review
The TELUS health space ecosystem partner on-boarding team will validate your integration and use of TELUS health space branding. These are described in the Go Live Checklist and Branding Guidelines for Solution Providers documentation accompanying the SDK, or can be obtained by contacting the TELUS health space Business Development Team at thsbd@telus.com.
- Customer Support Information
Provide support contact information for your application (including telephone number, e-mail address or URL) to which TELUS Customer Support can refer users for help with your application or device.
Once the Go-Live Review is completed, you are ready to go live! The TELUS health space ecosystem partner on-boarding team will be moving your application from the PPE to the Production platform, making it available to all users.
3. Application/Device Discoverability
The Application Directory and Device Directory on the TELUS health space website is a great place to educate potential users about your new application or device when you are ready announce that it is available for use.

- Partner Logo.
- Company Description.
- Company URL.
- Try It Now URL .
- Web Applications Requirements
- Application Screenshots (up to 3) and labels
- Application Short and long descriptions
- Device Requirements
- Device Photo(s) (up to 4) and labels
- Device Short and Long Descriptions
- Device Driver URL(s)
