The personal health record is a user-friendly application allowing you to create, store and manage all aspects of your health and that of your family, such as immunizations, allergies, medications, height, weight, symptoms, key medical measurements, pre-existing conditions, as well as a history of medical interactions/appointments.

TELUS Personal Health Record

TELUS personal health record is an application that connects with TELUS health space, an integration platform that will work in conjunction with a variety of applications, solutions and devices. With this personal health record, patients will be able to collect, store and manage their individual health information and even share it with their loved ones or their care providers.

Patients will eventually be able to download data from the solutions used by their doctors, labs, pharmacist, hospital and clinic.
